McLagan International, Inc. has a long history influencing change
in organizations worldwide. Founded by Pat McLagan in 1969, the company’s first clients were 3M Company, Honeywell, General Mills, General Electric Company, and NASA. The company grew to 35 full time professionals in the late 80’s, with a network reaching across the globe. The network was and is very strong because of Pat McLagan’s active role as an international speaker, writer, and respected professional leader.

In the early 90’s, Pat McLagan, MI’s founder, decided to move to South Africa to assist in various change projects there. She has since returned to the United States, where McLagan International, Inc. continues to operate as a virtual network of highly experienced professionals, assembling on a project basis to meet unique client needs.
